Looking for Clifford

I set out on a friday to locate the old site of Clifford CO. Along with my brother and our brother in law. We drove to the small town of Hugo CO. We asked around and were able to find the location of the old town site. When we arrived at the site we knew we werent going to be able to do much , if anything. The grass was overgrown and there was an angry skunk that wanted to spray us so we decided it would be better to go elsewhere. We headed back towards home taking the lonely back roads. We passed through several ghost towns along the way. We stopped in each ghost town and tried our luck. A few days later we went back to the old site of Clifford , armed with a lawn mower weed eater and my pitbull Thorn. We cleared the area of grass and weeds so we could start our search. Once we began the search we started finding coins almost immediately. We found alot of coins there and think there are more but thats for another story. I will be posting pictures of the coins we found when I get all my stories posted.
